Inspiration
Our hack was to enable someone in danger of hurting themselves to have a way to anonymously reach out for help.
What it does
It is a chatbot that reaches out to a real counselor that can then check in on someone and help find someone to talk to.
How I built it
It was built using AWS Lex, Lambda(Python), and SES.
Challenges I ran into
Spent too much time building out infrastructure instead of coding. We ended up going with server-less in the end.
