Our inspiration for the construction of this project was the fight against the trafficking of birds in Brazil. This project will feature the AVNI APP which is an application that can be used in the on and offline version that aims to support in the fight against wildlife trafficking through the support material to the supervisory agents and technical team of wildlife enterprises. Where we will focus our primary efforts on the main trafficked species and our main attention on avifauna, since, according to a report by RENCTAS, 70 to 80% of illegal wild animals in Brazil are from this group. However, our future goal is the inclusion of animals from other interest groups, proposing viable solutions to the identified problems.

With the construction of this project through research and studies, we learned the importance of having an APP that would facilitate the agent or organ of the area, obtain information about the birds seized or found injured and how to proceed to better care for these animals.

First we form a group to raise the ideas and problems that affect the animals of our country. So we did Brainstom and defined working with the birds, because they are very vulnerable and have a high rate of trafficking. We always use the collective work method so that we obtain the participation of all members and accumulate as much different knowledge as possible.

After reflecting on the problems and ideas raised by the study group, we thought of some solutions being: One was the creation of an APP that will present information on First Aid, puppy care, health and safety of the agents containing epi's needed, main zoonosis and care in management, informing the physical and biological risks, as well as necessary medical examinations Thus, the AVNI brings an identification guide containing the description of the species and their subspecies, areas of occurrence, conservation status, habitat, natural predators, form of containment, basic and free-living feeding. Such information is extremely important in carrying out behavioral rehabilitation and destination processes.
