Inspiration
When an issue happens in my CRM, my team often has to check many screens. The issue could involve a client, KYC, or a transaction. I created WebMCP to help stakeholders investigate problems faster
What it does
Avenlo brings CRM investigation tools into one place. It helps teams search clients, review KYC information, and check transactions quickly. Each tool respects the user’s permissions
How we built it
I built Avenlo with Vue, PHP, MySQL, Docker, and Nginx. I connected WebMCP tools to my existing CRM data. My goal was to make investigations simple and practical
Challenges we ran into
My CRM has many connected features and data sources. I needed to make the tools useful without making them complicated. I also had to keep every action secure and permission-aware
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I built more than 50 tools for CRM investigations. They cover clients, KYC, transactions, payments, sales, and reports. I’m proud that Avenlo is based on real problems my team faces every day
What we learned
I learned that AI tools should solve real problems. Clear permissions are important when working with business data. Simple tools can save teams a lot of time
What's next for Avenlo
Once WebMCP is stable, I want to implement it in our real CRM environment. I believe it will help stakeholders investigate and resolve issues faster. My goal is to make Avenlo useful in real-world industry workflows
