Most of us developers have little to no interaction with our teammates. At work usually when interacting on a project having in mind the recent remote work for software engineer there has been little interaction and in big teams usually you don't know all your teammates

Now we can personalize our avatar and pride without the latest purchases from the avatar shop. We could have different ears different noses different shirts different eyes different smiles different skin. And anything that could be personalized will be personalized with items that would be purchased with my points gained after doing heavy work on different projects.

Well, now we could give some meaning to our Avatar. For example, an organisation could give some meaning to the background of the Avatar such as maybe Green a means that the developer is a senior one and read with me that we are dealing with a junior and possibly white could mean that we are having an architect level person
