What it Does Avasthi provides a comprehensive mental healthcare ecosystem that includes teletherapy, AI-driven chatbots for 24/7 support, and personalized mental health apps featuring cognitive behavioral therapy tools. It integrates digital solutions with traditional healthcare to make mental health services more accessible and effective.

How We Built It We developed Avasthi by combining innovative technologies, such as AI and data analytics, with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. The platform was designed to foster community support and ensure data privacy, while continuously improving user engagement and experience.
