PARKIZONE-AVAILABILITY OF PARKING SLOTS IN PUBLIC ROADS

Inspiration

The main motivation and inspiration to this solution is to avoid accidents and traffic clashes due to improper parking of four wheeler's in public roads , as the survey says that 80% of accidents are only due to improper parking of the vehicles , this must be avoided to save every life of the passengers who are travelling in their vehicle

What it does

We are framing an app which users can book their particular slots to their destination , in the case of the user who fails to park in that particular slot and parks his vehicle in improper way , traffic police officials can track their vehicle numbers and their vehicles can be captured . We have two types of users who uses our app. 1) DRIVERS - The person who drives the vehicle will be logging in or register with their required details including Vehicle number and their address .Users will set their destination place to park the vehicle and the slot will be booked for them. Users will set the timestamp on which time they will be arriving in that particular slot after that the slot will be cancelled and available for other users. these are the features available for drivers. 2)TRAFFIC POLICE OFFICIALS - Traffic police officials will be needed to monitor the vehicles which has been parked in improper parking spaces which may lead to the traffic clashes or accidents ,avoiding this one of the assigned user will be logging in or register with their location to monitor the vehicles ,after logging in they will be monitoring the vehicle who are being in their particular location. when drivers parks the vehicle other that the alloted slots in the public roads ,they will be left for an particular time after that , police can contact or take any actions as per the rules of them with the drivers vehicle number and their address and phone number.

How we built it

We had first built the concept and roadmap to frame the implementation of the solution and developed the app with flutter.

Challenges we ran into

Since Booking of slots can't be done in real-time environment or public roads....since we had limited time to build...we had given our maximum effort to build and develop the app
