Inspiration
As first year students in Engineering and Computer Science, we wanted to try learn some new skills. We gave ourselves with limited experience a challenge to finish creating this AV in 24 hours.
What it does
Move autonomously
How we built it
Using two motors, two infrared censors and an ultrasonic censor all controlled by an Ardunio UNO.
Challenges we ran into
Lack of materials, uneven wheels or motors, and shortage of batteries
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Able to accomplish what the robot is supposed to do with all the challenges we encountered during the process

How to do basic Arduino and autonomous navigation algorithms
What's next for Autonomous vehicle
Autonomous vehicles will advance with improved AI, sensors, safety features, and broader industry adoption
