Chat AI capable of answering commonly asked questions such as store information and inventory search, as well as automating simple scheduling of maintenance and test drive appointments
We built it using amazon's web services to give the chatbot intent and train it and then incorporated the bot into an SMS messaging compatible format through Twilio.
We are proud of the Chat bot's ability to recognize and answer varying forms of the same questions and provide customers with a positive service experience by providing clear and concise information regarding their inquiries
What's next for Autonation AI Chatbot: Continued training and addition of features to be able to handle a wider array of tasks and services outside of its current limit.
