Automate the Tedious Work When Grading Work

Inspiration

Many of my teachers this year are spending time grading from online programs, and this is hindering crucial time for them to do other much more productive things like, creating interactive lesson plans and other things.

What it does

It will automatically login, take a screenshot, and send a email to your email address for your student's work.

How I built it

I used python and python scripts to do help create this tool.

Challenges we ran into

Sometimes I would be able to properly install the pre-made scripts on to my computer, which took a lot of time troubleshooting. I also ran into many errors when didn't to something correctly, so I had to debug that.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Being able to automate something so we would not have do a task manually, now you can just run the script.

What I learned

I learned how to install python scripts onto the computer, and how to automate many things we would do like logging into a website.

What's next for Automate the Tedious Work When Grading Work

Expand to more websites, I have only created this for a certain websites. So I would need to change the code based on the website and its features.
