Inspiration

I run several AI coding agents at once, and each tool keeps its own history in its own place. I kept losing track of which agent was waiting on me and where a past conversation lived.

What it does

AUTOMATER.ai is a small tray app that sits beside your editor and terminals and keeps track of every AI coding agent you run. It reads the session files your AI tools already write and puts them into one local, searchable library (41 tools in 45 formats, including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Antigravity, Grok, Kimi and Muse Code), flags the agents that are waiting on you, and tracks usage across 9 providers in one panel.

How we built it

A desktop tray app for Windows, macOS (Apple silicon) and Linux that indexes the session files AI coding tools already write, locally.
