Drink Buddy allows you to create your own mixed drink from up to 3 sources. It provides 24/7 bartending service for you to have the perfect drink, whenever you want.
Hardware
Using an arduino, we control a variety of sensors and parts
- 3 Pumps + 3 Relays
- Weight Sensor
- Breathalyzer
- LCD Screen
- LED strip
- Buttons
Software
After taking in user input on their drink choices (soda + orange juice), we call the pourDrink function. It pumps drinks from 2 sources, and pours them one by one until a time limit is reached or a desired weight is reached. We update our LCD screen to give the user instructions, and have an LED indicator to show the user when they switch between drinks or have failed the breathalyzer test.
