Regular meetings to just discuss what is being done

What it does

It automates assigning tasks and sets high priority to customer issues.

Team members are associated with keywords of tasks and issues they should be dealing with.

Regular tasks can be added to the tasks table and assigned to team members.

When customer issues are added to the table, based on the key word they assigned to a team member.

These are then added to the regular tasks table with high priority.

This solves the issue for project managers, where there is no need for discussing just task assignment and employees are assigned regular tasks or if there are customer issues they have to be dealt with priority.

How we built it

Created using coda docs template for project tracking.

It was expanded to add customer issues and automation.

Challenges we ran into

Main issues with filtering employees based on keywords in tasks description. Currently only one employee can be associated with a certain type of tasks. The interface for filtering from multiple, always returns []

What's next for Automate t avoid meetings

Add voting and allow to send request for a meeting for a specific task.
