Inspiration
Live sellers juggle entertainment, inventory, bids, payments, and shipping. We wanted to bring it all into one workspace.
What it does
Autoloot turns Twitch streams into live shops with chat-powered auctions, fixed-price sales, OBS overlays, and private buyer checkout. Munny, an optional AI cohost, helps draft listings and host the show at the creator’s chosen pace.
How we built it
We used Codex to help build and review a Node.js and SQLite application with Twitch, OBS, Stripe Checkout, and configurable AI integrations. Application code enforces auction rules, permissions, and payment state.
Challenges we ran into
Keeping chat bids, broadcast delays, buyer sessions, and payment events consistent required server-controlled auctions, private orders, and retry-safe requests.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We connected the journey from preparing a lot to managing fulfillment, while giving creators a customizable AI V-Tuber-style cohost and control over automation.
What we learned
A useful AI cohost needs clear permissions and dependable application rules. The buyer experience matters just as much as the live show.
What's next for Autoloot
Autoloot is an open-source, single-streamer pre-beta. Next is a creator pilot focused on easier setup, audience participation, and reliable checkout and fulfillment.
