Inspiration
Thousands of independent repair shops still rely on paper forms, spreadsheets, or disconnected software to manage repairs, inventory, technicians, and customer communication. This often results in lost information, delayed repairs, and poor visibility into business performance.
We wanted to build an AI-powered platform that gives repair businesses a complete operating system while keeping the interface simple enough for small shops.
That idea became AutoFix.
What it does
AutoFix is a cloud-based repair shop management platform designed for mobile phone, tablet, laptop, and electronics repair businesses.
It allows shops to:
Manage repair orders Track repair status in real time Manage inventory and spare parts Organize customers and suppliers Assign technicians Calculate technician commissions automatically Generate business reports Manage multiple branches Control permissions by role Automate workflows
The platform is multi-tenant, allowing multiple businesses to operate independently while sharing the same infrastructure.

The architecture was designed as a scalable SaaS platform where every business has completely isolated data while being managed from a centralized Super Admin panel.
Challenges we ran into
Building a secure multi-tenant SaaS platform was the biggest challenge.

Ensuring that every business only accesses its own data required careful implementation of Supabase Row Level Security policies.
