What it does

Chatbot or bot is a computer program that simulates a natural human conversation. Users communicate with a Chatbot via the chat interface. Chatbots interpret and process user's words or phrases and give an instant pre-set answer. These bots interact with users through predefined questions that progress until the Chatbot answers the user's question.

How we built it

We built our AutoBot HR Support Chat Application using technologies like Angular 7, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and Typescript. (Code shared in github URL). We have also created a sample Test Bot using Chatbot builder software, Kommunicate so as to understand the basic workflow for the Application.

Challenges we ran into

As versioning does not match with Node and Angular, it was difficult to fix and install any dependencies.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Preparing and formalizing content, Handling challenges in Software Design, Development, Testing, and finalizing Quality Work.

What we learned

We have learned how to Prepare, Design, Develop, Test and Deploy an application with a team work.

What's next for HR vs Employee Chatbot

Plan to integrate with Web Socket or Dialog Flow, User based integration by storing data in MongoDB.
