Students often miss scholarships, internships, and job opportunities because filling forms repeatedly is time-consuming and frustrating. Uploading photos, signatures, resumes, and entering the same details again and again wastes a lot of time.
We wanted to solve this real-world problem by creating a smart AI-powered system that helps users automatically fill forms using their saved profile and documents.
What it does
AutoApply AI allows users to save their personal information once and then automatically fill online forms with a single click.
The system can:
- Detect form fields automatically
- Autofill user information
- Help users upload documents faster
- Reduce repetitive work
- Save time for students and job seekers
How we built it
We built:
- A frontend dashboard for storing user information
- A backend API system for handling user data
- A Chrome Extension for form detection and autofill
- Smart field mapping logic using JavaScript
