Inspiration
The teams I work in don't take SDLC seriously, so hopefully by making something that is more digestible/easy to read they will be able to understand how sprints work
What it does
- Analyzes Jira sprint data in real-time
- Predicts sprint completion likelihood with AI
- Identifies risks and bottlenecks early
- Provides actionable recommendations
- Tracks historical trends for better planning
How we built it
Built on Atlassian Forge with TypeScript, React, and Atlaskit. Uses Jira REST API v3 for data collection, Forge Storage for caching, and custom AI algorithms for predictions
Challenges we ran into
- Building accurate predictions without overfitting
- Dealing with multiple versions of REST API or custom kits
