Inspiration

I got tired of using and paying for a dozen different apps that can all be combined into one productivity super app. So, I decided to build my own.

What it does

The iOS version combines the best-in-class AI-powered multilingual keyboard, Smart Notes with state-of-the-art fast transcription and one-tap transcript editing, and fast AI chat with 18 characters.

The macOS version features Dictation Pro which allows you to type 5X faster anywhere on your Mac using only your voice and keyboard shortcuts.

How I built it

Swift, SwiftUI, Python.

Challenges I ran into

Building a third-party custom iOS keyboard is extremely challenging – there are lots of limitations and obstacles you have to find ways to deal with.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

100K+ members around the world, 1000+ positive reviews, and hundreds of super fans.

What I learned

If you want to reach as many users as you can as fast as you can – build a web app instead. iOS apps are hard, but if you build a genuinely great product – you'll find lifelong customers.
