Inspiration

Aurelia was inspired by the idea of transforming a traditional restaurant website into an immersive digital dining experience. We wanted to create something that would capture the elegance, atmosphere, and personality of a restaurant instead of simply displaying information on a page.

What it does

Aurelia is an immersive 3D restaurant website designed to give visitors a modern and engaging digital dining experience. It showcases the restaurant’s menu, atmosphere, and identity through interactive 3D visuals, smooth animations, and a responsive interface.

How we built it

We designed Aurelia with a strong focus on 3D visuals, interactive elements, smooth animations, and modern UI/UX. We carefully planned the layout and user flow, created the visual identity, integrated 3D elements, and developed responsive components to ensure the experience works across different screen sizes.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was maintaining a visually rich 3D experience without compromising loading speed, responsiveness, and usability. We also had to carefully design interactions and animations so they enhanced the experience rather than distracting users.

Through these challenges, Aurelia became an opportunity to experiment, learn, and combine design, technology, and creativity into one immersive restaurant experience.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We’re proud of transforming a traditional restaurant website concept into a visually immersive 3D experience. We successfully combined modern UI/UX, interactive animations, responsive design, and 3D elements while maintaining a clean and intuitive interface.

What we learned

Through Aurelia, we learned how to combine 3D visuals with modern web development and UI/UX principles. We also improved our skills in responsive design, animations, interactive elements, performance optimization, and creating a consistent visual identity.

What's next for Aurelia

We plan to expand Aurelia into a complete restaurant platform by adding online reservations, food ordering, dynamic menus, customer reviews, location integration, and personalized interactions. We also aim to further optimize the 3D experience and introduce richer animations and interactions.
