Business owners juggle sales, marketing, financial planning, inventory, and supplier negotiation simultaneously—leading to operational burnout and high failure rates. We built AuraOps AI to democratize enterprise-grade operational intelligence by deploying a multi-agent AI executive swarm that manages business operations 24/7.

What It Does

AuraOps AI transforms any small business into an autonomous, AI-driven digital enterprise:

    • Executes autonomous vendor payouts and supplier invoice settlements directly on-chain using Circle USDC EVM wallets.
  4. Interactive Operations Suite:

How We Built It

  • Backend Architecture: Node.js & Express server hosting Gemini SDK integrations (@google/genai) and server-side API proxy routes.
  • AI Intelligence: Gemini 3.1 Pro High-Thinking models for complex executive reasoning and Gemini 3.5 Flash for high-speed operational dispatch. Integrated Google Search and Google Maps grounding tools.
  • Data & Media Engine: Firebase Firestore for durable multi-tenant persistence and custom Base64 image processors for brand logos and owner avatars.
  • Settlement Layer: Circle USDC EVM Wallet integration for autonomous agentic treasury management.

Challenges We Faced

  • Agentic Output Consistency: Ensuring structured JSON responses and deterministic financial calculations from multi-agent conversations without sacrificing creative marketing output.
  • Real-Time Web & Map Grounding: Parsing live location and web search data into structured, actionable business recommendations.
  • Multi-Pathway Authentication: Building unified session persistence across Google SSO, Email/Password, Circle USDC Web3 wallets, and Instant Guest sessions.

What We Learned

  • High-thinking Gemini reasoning models excel at evaluating holistic business health and synthesizing multi-faceted operational risks into actionable strategies.
  • Combining real-time web/map grounding with autonomous stablecoin settlement (USDC) creates a powerful infrastructure for the future of AI-native commerce.
