Inspiration
We were interested in building a game using Unity and took the medieval theme as inspiration for what the aims of the games should be. Based on classic fairy tales, we aimed to build 7 levels representing the 7 challenges the princess faces on her quest to save her parents.
What it does
You enter into a scene and are presented with the object for that level. We completed 2/7 levels with 1 representing dexterity and the other representing strength. In the dexterity level you have to dodge spells from the enemy, while in the strength level you battle them yourself with your sword.
How we built it
We build it using unity with different people working on different levels.
Challenges we ran into
All of them. For example working collaboratively in Unity which took some time to set up properly. Most of us were using Unity for the first time and had to learn the basics.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Lighting in the strength level, visuals in the opening scene and moving platforms in the dexterity level.
