John Doe is customer of Awesome Bank at San Francisco. He needs to talk to someone in bank to learn about refinancing application. John opens up AtYourService app and book his appointment with Alex who is service/sales rep for Refinancing.

As branch is equipped with beacon device, when John enters the bank branch, he is greeted with Notification “ Welcome John Doe, you have an appointment with Alex at 2 pm. Alex is waiting to help you on 2nd floor #123 “. After John leaves bank , his visit duration was pushed to Visit activity logging server (heroku ) . A goodbye message notification shows user to rate appointment experience.

Mike, branch manager of Awesome Bank, logs in to Salesforce1 mobile app to pull reports to see average turnaround time of appointments by their type: Car Loan, Refinance, Credit Card , Home Loan.
