We wanted to try using a Pupil tracking headset, and we wanted to make a turret, so we did both. Our goal was to build something that we would like to play with. Using MIT's Pupil headset and open-source software we tagged a room so that we can get distance information about where the person wearing the headset is looking. Using the location data we moved servos through Arduino to move our 3D printed turret. Then the turret could fire a rubberband. We're pretty excited by the turret and are looking forward to taking it home.
