Inspiration
In Vietnam, many everyday agreements — deposits, loans, leases — are signed before their terms are fully understood, and getting a lawyer to check first is too slow or too costly for small-value contracts. A general AI chatbot can "review" a contract, but it answers from memory: it invents legal references and gives confident answers an ordinary person has no way to verify. For a legal task, that's the core risk — so we built product around accuracy you can trace, not just fluent text.
What it does
Product reviews a Vietnamese civil contract the way a lawyer would, and guides the user through the whole journey — from a template (or an uploaded contract) to a clear, plain-Vietnamese verdict before they sign:
- Issue-spotting like a real review — it walks the contract through the structured validity checks of Vietnam's Civil Code, clause by clause, instead of just summarizing.
- Findings you can check — each flagged clause points to a real legal basis and a fairness read from both sides, not a vague opinion.
- A verdict anyone can act on — one clear risk level plus a short "ask before you sign" list, written for someone with no legal background, with a nudge to a lawyer when it matters.
It's decision-support for the person without a lawyer — explicitly not legal advice.
