What it does

  2. Features a Virtual Mentor, an AI-powered guide named Athena, offering tailored study tips, motivation, and interactive Q&A to support users whenever they need encouragement or clarity.

How we built it

  1. Leveraged Lovable AI and Google AI Studio to craft an intelligent, adaptive virtual mentor capable of understanding user needs and personalizing the learning experience with creative flair.
  2. Developed the app using cross-platform frameworks such as React Native to ensure a seamless experience on both Android and iOS devices.
  3. Created the Creative Learning Hub with advanced drawing and note-taking libraries that support freeform doodling and structured mind mapping.
  4. Integrated Firebase for secure, scalable backend services including user authentication, real-time data sync, and cloud storage.
  5. Employed modern UI/UX principles inspired by ancient Greek aesthetics combined with contemporary design to deliver an intuitive and visually inviting interface.
  6. Built social learning rooms using WebSocket-based real-time communication to enable vibrant, collaborative study sessions.

Challenges we ran into

  1. Designing an AI mentor that balances smart guidance with approachable, human-like interaction required extensive tuning of natural language understanding and dialogue management.
  2. Integrating a rich, responsive doodling and sketching feature while maintaining app performance across various device specifications was technically demanding.
  3. Ensuring personalized learning paths remained relevant and motivating across diverse user profiles involved creating dynamic content generation algorithms.
  4. Building seamless social learning rooms with robust connectivity and low latency presented challenges in real-time data handling.
  5. Achieving a harmonious aesthetic that respects the ancient Greek inspiration while meeting modern usability and accessibility standards necessitated iterative UI design and user feedback cycles.
