In today's tech industry, women face a significant challenge in finding mentorship opportunities. Many talented professionals struggle to connect with mentors who truly understand their unique challenges and experiences. Making meaningful connections within the industry often feels overwhelming and time-consuming. Most importantly, finding the right mentor match that aligns with both career goals and personal values remains a major hurdle.
