Inspiration
I wanted to realize two things.
First, while driving, I was looking at the navigation, but the road I was going to was always blocked.
Why was it blocked? I wanted to see, so I went to the CCTV footage website provided by the government and clicked to see. It was too much of a hassle to drag and click every time on the website map.
Second, my company's job is to manage franchise facilities nationwide. When a typhoon comes or localized heavy rain falls, I have to leave for facility maintenance, but I wondered if the road conditions in the area were okay and if I could leave. I wanted to check the road conditions in the area I was in charge of and the fastest way to get there by looking at the actual road CCTV conditions before leaving.
Function
First, I found a site that provides national road CCTV URLs, collected the CCTV URLs of the areas I mainly wanted to see, and implemented them on one screen.
Through this, I organized the road CCTV screens by region within the company and used them before leaving.
Production Process
Because I knew the exact problems I was facing through Bolt, I started to create it using the prompt and markdown that worked well.
At first, I only composed a split screen, Second, I thought about how to easily attach a URL, Third, I checked if it could be implemented well on a mobile screen. Fourth, I saved the screen I composed so that it could always be seen on my computer and mobile. Fifth, I made it so that I could share the URL I created with others so that I could use it not only by myself but also with many people. Sixth, I created a site that could be sold as a paid service. Seventh, I created a function that recommends the fastest lane on the current road using the LLM model using another linking tool.
Difficulties I faced
Since I was a non-developer and had no accurate understanding of the code, I was frustrated because I couldn't check whether the exact part was being modified every time I modified the prompt.
In reality, I was frustrated because I couldn't get the style I wanted with just one question.
I ended up using all the third-party sites (lovable, yourware, codium, cursor, V0, create) and realized the advantages and disadvantages of those sites and bolt.
After that, I ended up going to cursor for monetization and repositories in git to distribute files in netlify, and I was able to experience purchasing a domain from Gabia through Bolt's Vibecoding starting point.
Proud Achievements
While creating this site, I am an offline facility manager, but I now have a great sense of pride that I can also play the role of an online facility manager. I also became confident that people who can accurately define their pain points can now quickly create an online digital twin.
In addition, by promoting this site, the company added one more work spectrum to my work, unlike before, and I am spreading a message of hope to the company that a middle-aged man who has only worked in facility management for 20 years as a non-developer can do something new in the new AI era.
Also, I have created a site that guides beginners to easily approach Vibecoding through Bolt, and I am also giving lectures to ordinary people who are learning my experience at a slower pace than me. Being able to do Vibecoding in the AI era means that you can create a prototype for problem solving from problem recognition, and now I have learned that problem solving is not a difficult task, but that discovering what problems each person has is more valuable data. I have realized that discovering people's inconvenient behavior patterns from a UX perspective has now become the most important business virtue.
What we do
Through this experience, I have learned that the work I am doing in the facility maintenance work can shorten work hours and sufficiently expand the scope of one person's work without having to bring it to the office PC, so I want to focus on that.
I also confirmed that my work spectrum has expanded even further, and my brain has become a true dual brain, doing things that I could not do before. Now, we will focus on discovering other problems as humans and solve them through vibe coding tools like Bolt.
The next step of ATB (Able To Bolt)
Third-party web.app sites are already making development easier by attaching APIs and MCPs.
Eventually, we will likely enter an era where we live with agents, like A2A from Google. Elon Musk said that the AI singularity, inflection point, and the 4th industrial revolution will come in 2026. Geoffrey Hinton said it will come in 2028. Demis Hassabis said it will come in 2030.
I think all of their thoughts are wrong. The fact that I, a very ordinary person who has experienced Bolt, have already experienced this means that I can definitely say that the AI singularity has already come in 2025.
However, "The future has already come, but it has not come equally to everyone." As science fiction writer William Gibbs said, whoever takes the lead in AI singularity first is the same as who can first recognize and accept the value of future wealth.
The time when the story of BOLT that I experienced becomes everyone's story is not far away. At that time when this story becomes everyone's story, I want to say that Bolt is the next step for BOLT, which first let me experience Vibecoding.
"The era of connecting the world", "the era of connecting space and time", "the era of becoming a developer for everyone, not a citizen developer", through this, hyper-customized agents for each individual will emerge and the world will turn around in each country.
In this case, semiconductor use will increase rapidly and electricity consumption will increase rapidly, so related industries will grow even more explosively in 2026 than now. As individuals' outdoor activities decrease, people who make a lot of money at home will spend more money on the space where they live, and companies will eventually try to overcome the absolute security hurdle that allows employees to do Vibecoding. In order for Bolt to grow, it is essential to prepare a B2B strategy to see how Vibecoding conducted by Bolt is not vulnerable to security for companies. Finally, AI's food is data. If we think about how to manage the incoming data and analyze it quantitatively and qualitatively with what context and meaning to conveniently return it to users, we will grow more.
Those who have tasted Vibecoding cannot go back to the past like those who have tasted smartphones. If individuals can create hyper-customized services, they cannot go back to the past.
