Inspiration
Essentially we saw the problem and have somewhat experience first hand what it's like to go through a ton of academic databases
What it does
Simplifies the process a little and uses the NCBI API to search through their databases (mainly PubMED), grabs relevant articles, and tags them while displaying them to the user in a neat format
How I built it
Using C# for the Backend and C#/Html for the frontend with BootStrap
Challenges I ran into
Neither of us had ever made a website before, so that was definitely a big challenge. Riley also had not a lot of experience with C#, so that took a bit of getting used to.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Having an actually functional product haha.
What I learned
I, personally, am glad that I have learned how to make a website and I feel like it actually does something too.
