Inspiration
The idea of privacy, scalability and flexibility inspires us the most.
What it does
Asterizm is a blockchain interoperability layer that provides a confidential communication channel for companies building cross-chain apps, allowing them to leverage benefits of various blockchains, save money on cross-chain messaging and avoid data transfer risks. Asterizm Protocol uses encryption at a transport level and checks cross-chain transaction data validity and integrity on-chain, thus eliminating complex consensus mechanisms and the need to tokenize its validation infrastructure. This provides multiple advantages over the competitors making Asterizm a solid alternative. In short, our main competitive advantages are: 1) privacy of cross-chain transactions 2) cost-efficient cross-chain transactions thanks to on-chain transaction validation and encryption 3) rapid cross-chain transactions thanks to absence of network of validators 4) easy to scale - fits perfectly for high-load projects 5) ability to integrate any VM-based chain (in come cases even non-VM chain like BSV)
How we built it
Please see white paper (https://asterizm.io/files/wp.pdf) and docs (https://docs.asterizm.io/what-is-asterizm/overview)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As of May 5th, 2023:
1) Techstars London Powered by Polygon spring cohort 2023 Alumni (Demo Day in 1 week)
2) Signed 10 LOIs with first customers (more on that in our Deck)
3) Already connected 10 EVM-based chains, 2 non-EVM chain coming up
4) Developed and published technical documentation
5) Successfully finalized security audit by HashEx (so now our waitlist customers start building products on top of Asterizm Protocol)
6) Just launched the first Asterizm-based product
7) Already having negotiations with Amazon AWS Marketplace, Google, Stripe (cusdev + marketplace intergration opportunities)
