Delivering an excellent customer experience is essential in the present digital era, and this requires understanding consumer behavior, analyzing customer feedback, and using those insights to alter current procedures. Businesses are increasingly making use of consumer digital interactions to raise engagement and boost customer satisfaction. This entails customer feedback analysis, which is focused on comprehending consumer behavior to swiftly boost the caliber of the services for business clients.

What it does

This helps us in understanding the emotional behavior of customers for the services that business had provided.

How I built it

I used R code to build this.

Challenges we ran into

First my analysis was only up to presenting positive and negative word cloud for the customer reviews but due to drawbacks such as it prone to biased decision making as the emotional behavior is not been identified in the word cloud. For example, if the customer gives a review for the service in a sarcastic way using positive words, word cloud would be showing the wrong representation of the reviews. Hence I preferred to represent the reviews in emotional scores.
