Asset Building Clinic

Inspiration

I work as a web developer for the School of Social Works at California State University, Los Angeles. My boss has a dream of improving the financial capacity of individuals and communities.

What it does

It teaches individuals to make smart financial decisions and rewards them for making said decision.

How I built it

I used Html, CSS, Node.js, Nuxt, and MongoDB to build the website.

Challenges I ran into

The website is super efficient and takes the privacy of its users very seriously.

Non-relational databases are amazing!!!

What's next for Asset Building Clinic

In the future, the website will be able to send surveys to users and visualize the results intelligently. Mobile app versions of the website would be created. Ideas/Feedback from our users will be used to improve the performance and add features to the Asset Building Clinic.
