Frontend built with Vite and React with Framer Motion driving all interactions and transitions

Three dimensional globe built using Three.js with react three fiber and drei enabling real time location based company deployment

Design system built around a tactical OS aesthetic using Bebas Neue Syne and DM Mono with dark glass surfaces grain layers and atmospheric depth

AI layer powered by OpenAI models with structured system prompts and shared company context across agents

Architecture built on a component driven React system with persistent state across company configuration agents and intelligence layers

Challenges

Building a real time three dimensional globe with smooth interaction and accurate geographic projection required significant work across rendering coordinate mapping and animation systems

Ensuring agents behave as distinct operators instead of generic chat responses required deep prompt design context layering and strict domain separation

Maintaining a high fidelity design system across multiple complex screens without a component library while shipping fast required constant iteration and discipline

Balancing scope with execution we chose to ship fewer agents at high quality rather than spreading effort thin

Accomplishments

Two fully functional agents live in production social media and finance

A working system where a company can be configured deployed and operated through a unified interface

A complete product experience including dashboard agent systems intelligence layer and company brain

Direct founder validation with strong early interest and engagement without any paid distribution

What we learned

Clarity beats abstraction vague AI tools do not convert specific outcomes do

Depth beats breadth a few systems working well are more valuable than many incomplete ones

The product needs a defining moment something that makes users instantly understand the value

Distribution is built into the product every interaction should reinforce what Assemble is and why it matters

What’s next

Expand to a full multi agent system covering product engineering data and strategy

Integrate live data pipelines including payments analytics and external signals

Evolve Company Brain into a continuously updating shared intelligence layer across all agents

Drive early revenue and retention with a focused group of active companies
