The current global pandemic has given way to a rather abrupt paradigm shift in the field of education. Students that once performed experiments and dissections and excavations in an interactive, collaborative setting are now confined to the isolated environments of their homes. For the kinesthetic, visual, collaborative learners, stuck in their rooms, virtual school has inevitably become an unproductive space. Introducing AR as a resource for teachers to engage their students, to demonstrate important processes, and to convey abstract concepts can potentially help eliminate this issue of unproductivity and resigned detachment from learning. Teachers at this time are essentially asking one question: “how best can we help our students acclimate to their new learning environment?” We believe we have with us the answer.
