During my childhood I had a best friend Jacob who was deaf. Due to this communication barrier our friendship while close still hindered. If we had a similar program back then I feel that maybe we wouldn't have lost contact with each other.
Essentially what is does is it takes an ASL image and then converts it to a 64 bit integer which then uses ai to translate it into text.
We used Flask API, cnn, pre-trained model, ASL dataset from kaggle, and PyTorch
