AskMeAnything

People in most developing or third world countries do not have easy access to the internet due to various reasons - high cost, no access to devices like smartphones, tablets, etc. This gives them a huge disadvantage because of the vast amount of content available on the internet that could help make their lives better. AskMeAnything is an application designed to help these people. It makes use of Twilio's capability to allow HTTP requests to be made once a text message has been sent to a certain number and then reply to the number with the response. We used the Wolfram Alpha API in order to answer a variety of queries users could have, be it in the fields of medicine, math, geography, industries, people, etc.
