Inspiration

When I worked in a bank, I saw many young people preparing for bank and government exams. Most of them travel by bus and train, and the internet is not good on the way. The big apps need internet all the time. This app helps them practise on the go, even with no signal.

What it does

It gives English practice for bank exams, fully offline. You pick a question bank, answer one question at a time on a bright, simple card, and see the answer with an explanation straight away. At the end you get your score. This demo has 10 ready question banks.

How we built it

I used the Devpost skills module in Claude Code and built it with that.

Challenges we ran into

Making sure every answer key was correct. In exam practice, one wrong answer breaks trust.

Accomplishments that we’re proud of

I have built one app that works fully offline for people who need it most.

What we learned

Keep it simple. One question per screen is enough.

What’s next for DrillDeck

I will add Maths, Quants and Logical Reasoning, where questions are made endlessly from templates. 5 tests free in each section, then a one-time ₹250 unlock. I will publish it on the Android Play Store and hope it will catch up.
