When a fragile, high-value shipment like, a museum sculpture, a calibrated lab instrument, a cinema lens changes hands, nobody trusts the same evidence. The courier has their tracking log, the sensor vendor has their portal, the recipient has their own notes, and when something goes wrong, everyone points fingers at each other's private databases.

Asfaleia fixes that. An ESP32-S3 with an IMU sits on the parcel, detects a real drop or shock event, signs it, and anchors it to Solana. Every custody handoff from courier to warehouse to recipient is a wallet-signed, on-chain checkpoint that no single party can unilaterally rewrite or deny. Before you accept a shipment, you check the same tamper-evident history everyone else sees.

This isn't wallet-connect theater. Solana is the only reason competing parties who don't trust each other's databases can agree on one evidence trail. We have a live devnet demo: real transactions, real custody checkpoints, real inspection flow. And also wired the physical sensor event straight into that chain, so the moment a shock is detected, the shipment is flagged for inspection before it ever reaches the next custodian.
