Inspiration
With packed schedules and busy lives, connecting with others can be a huge challenge. We’ve heard many stories of people finding themselves isolated, especially after the pandemic, with no direction pointing them towards social connection. Therefore, our goal with this project is to point people towards opportunities in which they could find that social connection.
What it does

- Allows you to post your own events
- Has markers on map interface of all nearby events

What's next for Wanderer
- Let users install .ics files so users can have the event on their favorite calendar app
- Users can add each other as friends and view what events they are attending (can be toggled in privacy setting)
- Recieve updates if new information gets added to the post (such as postponements)
