Inspiration

Although there are many apps in the market utilizing traditional medicine reminders, we took an extra step by integrating AI to offer comprehensive health support. Inspired by seeing friends and family suffer from various health conditions, our app aims to alleviate these struggles by covering everything from midnight health queries to streamlining interactions with health insurance.

What it does

Our app is an all-in-one medical companion, enabling users to upload their prescriptions for AI-generated medication schedules with reminders. It facilitates health management during travel, provides an AI bot for inquiries based on comprehensive data, including side effects, dietary suggestions, and faster healing tips. Additionally, it offers allergy advice, links to medical insurance, local health alerts, secure prescription storage, and reminders for doctor appointments.

How we built it

We built our project using FlutterFlow for the front end, cloud services for data storage, and Python for implementing RAG, LangChain, and other NLP libraries to create a fully functional bot capable of answering any health-related question. This multidisciplinary approach allowed us to create a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating various technologies and ensuring seamless API calls were significant challenges. We were committed to realizing our vision without compromise, despite frequent setbacks, which required constant problem-solving and adaptation.

We're proud of creating a comprehensive health management app that leverages AI for personalized care, demonstrating our ability to overcome integration hurdles and maintain high standards of data security and user experience.

What we learned

This project taught us valuable lessons in time management, teamwork, and the technical aspects of cloud computing, RAG, LangChain, and NLP. We've gained a deeper understanding of building scalable and user-centric digital health solutions.

The future of Asclepius involves further integration with health applications, enhancing our AI chatbot for more nuanced advice, introducing image recognition for dietary suggestions, improving UI/UX for greater accessibility, and expanding our services to support an international audience. Our aim is to lead the way in innovative health management, making Asclepius a globally trusted health companion.
