Ascii challenge using blender

When I read the ASCII challenge i didn't feel like coding it. it wouldn't be really original.So I used blender, using some tutorials and my own knowledge I became an ASCII GOD.

Inspiration

It looked like a fun challenge to do. And I have a lot of experience with blender.

What it does

It turns anything into ASCII art. really anything. an mp4, pictures, or a gif. I see myself as the ASCII god.

How we built it

Using blender's material geometry nodes and some tutorials. and edited after in Davinci Resolve.

Challenges we ran into

Not much, the biggest challenge was forgetting to sync the frame rate in blender and davinci.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a material that transforms anything into ASCII art

What we learned

That coding is not always the fastest solution
