Inspiration
By looking at the UN sustainable development goals for reducing HUNGER, reducing POVERTY, and focusing on RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION & PRODUCTION.
What it does
Our app is a platform that will facilitate the local farmers to monitor their cultivation, examine the weather and check the health of their crops all at one place.
How we built it
It is an android application (java) with ML integration using TensorFlo lite. We have also included datasets from *ASDI for satellite imagery provided by digifarm using SENTINEL-2 * satellite.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge we faced was that we were not provided with access to Amazon SageMaker Studio Lab which basically restricted us to train and modify our datasets according to our needs.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Even after facing the access issue to SageMaker Studio Lab we were able to successfully compile and run our app with integration of datasets from ASDI.

We learned ML model training.
What's next for Asaan4Kisaan
We want to make this application accessible worldwide in multi-lingual form.
