Disasters take more than just lives; they create a "decision paralysis" due to conflicting information and a lack of preparation time. [cite_start]In Thailand alone, between 2015-2025, we lost an average of 20,000 - 60,000 million THB annually—a "Hidden Tax" that erodes our country's potential[cite: 5].

[cite_start]We realized that the current 48-72 hour warning window is insufficient, leading to panic buying and chaos[cite: 17]. [cite_start]Inspired by the belief that everyone deserves a choice and a chance to fight (>1%)[cite: 67], ARWEEN was born to shift the paradigm from "Reactive" (waiting for disaster) to "Proactive" (preventing it) by buying us time—specifically, 40 days.

What it does

How we built it
