Inspiration - As writers and artists that are usually affected by writer's (or artists') block, this tool creates genuinely useful story/art ideas.

What it does - This website allows users to choose whether they are a writer or artist and can generate ideas for them. They also can upload their art and writing to be posted onto the website.

How we built it - We used html, CSS, and Javascript in repl.it.

Challenges we ran into - It was difficult to link buttons to different pages of the website, format the grid in the website, and generating prompts were sometimes buggy. With some teamwork, though we overcame these challenges.

Accomplishments that we're proud of - We were able to create a fully-functioning website within half a day. We were also able to generate ideas from a large number of prompts, and the overall aesthetic of the website is very good-looking.

What we learned - We learned how to use html, CSS, and Javascript, which we did not have that much knowledge of previously. We also had a team member who did have any coding experience, and he learned some of the basics from this projects.

What's next for Artist Writer Website - We plan to expand this so that more unique prompts can be generated, the user interface can be improved, and users post and see each other's work.
