      - Chatbots are used in Customer Service. Natural Language processing along with deep learning 
         algorithms are useful
      - AI is used in Risk Management, namely fraud detection and security.
      - AI can help automate large volumes of underwriting. It is also predicted that advanced AI will 
        enable personalized underwriting, taking into account unique behaviors.
      - Robo-advisors allow customers direct access to the service.
