I am fascinated by the nature of the artificial origins of technology, and how it mimics our own existence. Making music by writing source code has an inherent poeticism; created from scratch, assembling small parts of a whole makes a completed composition.
SuperCollider utilizes code to control the notes, duration, tempo, and all other aspects of the sound that is generated.
