To create a new solution to a big challenge!
What it does
It analyzes the user's BPM through breathing exercises to create a unique spirograph!
How we built it
We built it using an Arduino R3, a Heart Sensor, LEDs, Java, Python, and lots of LEGOs!
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge we ran into was deciding on a single idea, as we all had the same goal, we knew there were multiple ways to use art and technology to create a meaningful impact.

- That our work is one of a kind and embodies the uniqueness of our project!
What we learned
We learned to adapt when overcoming obstacles. Despite this is not being our first idea/attempt, we were able to adjust to the rapid prototyping environment of Break to Make to create something we are all proud of.
What's next for Art Beat
- Adding more customization with spirograph colors!
- Expanding our prototype to women, youth, and wellness organizations!
