Inspiration

We are developing the next generation of Telemedicine solutions for professional medical care. Our vision is to utilize Augmented Reality Technology to allow better sharing of medical knowledge and expertise in order to improve medical treatment, increase collaboration between medical staffs and knowledge transfer between hospitals and improve training process. In current straggle with covid-19, we wish to assist front line teams and allow medical professionals to support multiple treating teams from remote.

What it does

Our Telemedicine solution allows the treating physician to receive real time assistance from a remote professional. The novelty of our solution lies in the use of Augmented Reality in order to present the visual instructions on top of the patient's body with high accuracy.

System Overview The solution is composed of two components:

Augmented Reality glasses, worn by the treating medical staff. Allows the physician to receive the real time visual and voice guidance from a remote medical specialist. The visual guidance is presented in 3D on top of the patient at real time.
A remote guidance station on a laptop for the assisting professional.
The system allows a medical specialist to view the video from the scene and apply visual guidance on top of the patient in real time.
