Stop Motion animators have to pose a clay model for every frame of animation -- hundreds of frames for every minute of complete animation.
What if stop motion animators could see a hologram over the top of their clay model and match their model to the hologram's pose?
We built a tool that uses an augmented reality headset to let the animator perfectly match a digitally animated character, frame-by-frame.
The end result is the accurate transfer from digital animation to a stop motion clay model. The process allows amateurs and professionals to make quick and accurate stop motion animation.
