Inspiration

The movie "Clueless" had a scene where the protagonist could observe different combinations of outfits. We wanted to replicate that using Aritzia's clothing to personalize a user's shopping experience.

What it does

The user can select what clothing items from Aritzia they own to visualize their wardrobe. The user can try out different combinations of clothing items from Aritzia to determine if they would like to purchase them.

How we built it

We built our web app using HTML, CSSS, and JS.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges of storing data and scalability of the project due to time and resource constraints.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of our ability to implement the software used in "Clueless". Our vision became a reality.

What we learned

We learned how to work together as a team in a short amount of time, as well as incorporate everyone's ideas and skills in the project. We learned new programming techniques and debugging methods.

What's next for Aritzia Stylist

The future for Aritzia Stylist would include accessibility to the entire catalog of Aritzia, the possibility for AI recommendation systems, and incorporating social aspects to the application.
