Inspiration

Available masks that are being sold like the surgical masks are not good for protection against viruses, because the size of the pores are much bigger they might be good for protection against bacteria but viruses. Also prolonged use of these viruses can cause hypoxia as reported by some doctors. This is because breathing over and over partially exhaled air turns into carbon dioxide, the user might feel dizzy while continuing to breathe through a mask over extended periods of time.

What it does

● Humidifier module provides fresh breathable air. ● Separate inlet and outlet channel for better circulation.

How we built it

● The humidifier setup is placed in the bag. ● A humidifier setup consists of an atomizer, which generates vapor. ● A separate section is provided to fill the water and gets mixed with an atomizer to generate vapor. ● Required vapors terminate with the help of pipe as the inlet to the particular person. ● Which helps a person to breathe properly and a silicone mask for better protection against the entering of viruses. ● And a separate outlet for breathing out.

Challenges we ran into

● Most masks don't give protection against viruses. ● Recommended N95 masks are too expensive. ● Breathing through a mask generates moisture, which facilitates bacterial growth. ● Causes suffocation.

What we learned

● Understanding of electrical components. ● Basics of Chemistry. ● Has relevant experience in product designing.
